Our team is well-versed in the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (amended 2004), which provides a framework for protecting wildlife and preserving the countryside. The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 enables people to access and enjoy the countryside while safeguarding the natural habitat. We also follow the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 to ensure that herbicides are used safely and responsibly.
We are committed to complying with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, which promotes the use of sustainable practices and reduces the amount of waste produced. Additionally, we strictly adhere to the Pollution Prevention & Control Act 1999 to prevent contamination of the environment.
As a company, we recognise the importance of protecting badgers and comply with the Protection of Badgers Act 1992.
We also comply with the Hazardous Waste (England & Waste) Regulations 2005, which ensures that hazardous waste is managed in a safe and responsible manner.
Our team is trained to handle hazardous substances according to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (2002) guidelines. Moreover, we are committed to complying with the Environment Act 1995, which promotes sustainable development and protects the environment. The Habitat Regulations (2007) are also a cornerstone of our environmental guidelines, as they protect and preserve the natural habitats of wildlife.
